Q: How much would you sell a slice for?

A: Well, that depends on several factors. But we believe our pizza is worth at least $1.95 per slice. Let’s face it, when you go to a burger joint and get a cheeseburger, you pay at least $3 bucks. A large, delicious slice of handmade pizza is worth every penny of $1.95, if not $2.25. We suggest you promote “Large Slice of Pepperoni Pizza” $2.75 slice

Q: When did Kasa’s begin selling this pizza?

A: Well, here is the true story: In 1977, Mike opened his first pizzeria in Shawnee, PA. Then, after 20 years, he grew to have 8 pizzerias in the Pocono Mountain area.
In the summer of 1997, Mike had the idea to make REAL Pizza in a factory, and to sell it to foodservice operators so they could sell real pizza without the headaches of making pizza from scratch. Our first case of Kasa’s “Pizza by the Slice” was sold in July 1997.

Q: Is Kasa’s a “School Pizza”?

A: The fact of the matter is, yes & no. When Mike (the owner) first came up with the idea to make REAL Pizza in a factory, he had no idea it would sell to schools. He was thinking about commercial businesses, such as ski resorts, hotel room service and amusement parks. But soon after the product hit the streets, schools began to hear about it, and, before we knew it, school foodservice directors were smiling and telling us how happy they were to be selling Kasa’s Pizza, and their cash registers were happy too!

Q: Do students like Kasa’s Pizza?

A: Kasa’s Pizza is voted the #1 favorite in every school we are sold. We have done hundreds of taste tests vs. the big names like Dominos and Pizza Hut. Kasa’s always comes out as the #1 favorite…AND…we save you $$$ and spare you headaches.

Q: Does Kasa’s do FUNDRAISERS?

Q: What is the “Kasa’s Pizza Pack” fundraiser package?

A: We take 1 large pizza, slice it into 8 slices and “fresh freeze” it. Then, we place the 8 slices into a bag, and place the bag inside a box. Once a family gets their hands on the “Pizza Party in a Box”, they are 5 minutes away from enjoying hot, crisp, bubbly, cheesy, delicious fresh pizza out of their oven.
